Turkish Pomegranate salad: It’s not quite a salad. And it’s mostly made with tomatoes. But man is it awesome as a sauce-salad type pour over on rice, fish, meat. Thanks to Fareena of Khana Commune London for the recipe! It reminds me of my favourite Yemeni restaurant, Hadramawt, in Cairo. They would serve this salad with the yemeni saffron biryani and meat platter (mandi). I would get it delivered to my flat and ask the guy to send extra boxes of the salad. To die for!
