Menu: Commune Seven

A special menu – as I will be cooking alongside my first ever guest chef – Nithiya Laila, a friend from primary school, who has turned out to be quite the tooth decay connoisseur. You can always count on Nithiya to pop down to my BBQs and parties with some sort of delicious dessert in hand. For this commune, Nithiya will be making a starter, Beetroot soup with whipped feta creme, and a surprise dessert. A sneak peek:
