The menu for this commune is a little special. I have a guest attending who happens to be allergic to eggs, dairy, soy, gluten, butter, shellfish and coconut. Indeed. It sounds like that includes most major ingredients….but strangely, there’s so much more to work with. I’ve designed the menu primarily with meat and vegetable items for now. It may continue to be a work in progress, but here’s what I’ve come up with so far:
I call it, The Intolerant Menu.
